These Terms of Use apply to the NumiKids app and website.
App Store Distribution
NumiKids is distributed through the Apple App Store.
Unless a separate custom license agreement is provided, NumiKids is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):
Use of the App
NumiKids is a math practice app for children.
The app is provided as an educational practice tool. It does not replace school lessons, teachers, parents, guardians, or professional educational advice.
Local Data
NumiKids stores profiles, settings, results, mistakes, statistics, avatars, and reminder settings locally on the device.
Users are responsible for managing their own device, backups, and app data.
No Account
NumiKids does not require a user account.
Purchases
NumiKids uses auto-renewable subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store.
Monthly and annual subscriptions are available.
Eligible users may receive a free trial.
After the free trial ends, the selected subscription begins and renews automatically until the user cancels it.
Payments, renewals and cancellations are handled by Apple.
Users can manage or cancel their subscription in their Apple account settings.
The current price, currency and billing period are displayed by the App Store before the subscription begins.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws.
Disclaimer
NumiKids is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We aim to provide a reliable and useful app, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every educational need.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of NumiKids.
