What We Collect

NumiKids does not collect or store personal data on NumiKids servers.

The app does not require a NumiKids account, login, email address, registration or login credentials.

What Data Is Stored

NumiKids stores the app data needed to provide its features. This may include:

• child profiles
• avatars and profile settings
• practice settings
• practice and test results
• mistakes saved for review
• statistics and points
• reminder settings

This data is used only to provide the app’s features for the user.

Where Data Is Stored

Data is stored on the user’s devices and, when iCloud is available, synced through the user’s private iCloud using Apple CloudKit.

This data is not stored on NumiKids servers.

No Advertising or Tracking

NumiKids does not use third-party advertising.

NumiKids does not track users across apps or websites.

NumiKids does not sell personal data.

iCloud Sync

NumiKids uses Apple iCloud/CloudKit to sync app data between devices signed in to the same Apple ID.

Synced data may include child profiles, avatars, profile settings, practice results, test results, saved mistakes, statistics and points.

This data is stored in the user’s private iCloud account using Apple CloudKit. It is not stored on NumiKids servers.

NumiKids does not use its own user accounts and does not collect login credentials, email addresses or registration data.

If iCloud is unavailable or disabled for NumiKids in system settings, the app stores data locally on the device.

Third-Party Services

NumiKids uses Apple iCloud and CloudKit to store and sync app data in the user’s private iCloud account.

NumiKids also uses Apple App Store / StoreKit to manage subscriptions and purchases.

Payments are processed by Apple.

NumiKids does not receive or store users’ payment card details.

NumiKids does not use third-party advertising, analytics or cross-app tracking services.

User Control and Deleting Data

Users can manage NumiKids access to iCloud in the device’s system settings and can delete profiles and app data using the controls provided by NumiKids and Apple.

Deleting NumiKids from one device may not delete synced data from private iCloud or other connected devices. iCloud data can be managed through Apple’s system and account settings.

Notifications

If reminders are enabled, NumiKids uses local notifications on the device. Reminder settings are stored locally and are used only to schedule those notifications.

PDF Export and Sharing

NumiKids may allow users to export or share reports, such as test results. Exporting or sharing is controlled by the user through the device’s share options.

NumiKids does not upload exported reports to our servers.

Children’s Privacy

NumiKids is designed for children’s math practice.

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Parents or guardians are responsible for managing the device and deciding how the app is used.
